TORT/DELICT A wrongful act or omission causing harm or damage to a person or body corporate which is actionable in common law e.g. - nuisance, negligence, breach of statutory duty. Maximum Exposure LimitMaximum concentration of an airborne substance averaged over a reference period to which employees may be exposed by inhalation under any circumstances.
